Coleman Engineering Company is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with offices in Iron Mountain, Ironwood, Negaunee Michigan and Green Bay Wisconsin. Founded in 1969, the firm has continually provided a variety of professional engineering and surveying services to municipalities, government agencies and commercial/industrial companies.
Since it's inception in 1969 Coleman Engineering Company has assembled a team of professional engineers, professional surveyors, scientists and technicians, along with the expertise required to provide a broad range of exceptional services.
The staff of Coleman Engineering Company are knowledgeable regarding the governing rules and regulations of local, state and federal agencies and, over the years, has built constructive relationships with these agencies.

Principals
Principal / Civil Engineering Operations
Jeff Sjoquist, P.E., joined Coleman Engineering Company in 1987. He was named the Operation Manager of Civil Engineering in 2008 and became a managing principal of the company in January 2012. Mr. Sjoquist is a 1985 graduate of Michigan Technological University, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering – Environmental / Water Resource Option. He is licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin.
Principal / Civil & Geotechnical Engineering Operations
Kevin Trevillian, P.E., joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2006 as a Project Manager in the Iron Mountain Civil Engineering group. He was named a principal in 2012. Mr. Trevillian is a 2001 graduate of Michigan Technological University, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin.
Mr. Trevillian currently serves as the Dickinson County Drain Commissioner.
Principal / Manager of Survey Operations
Jim Blondheim joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2006, as a Project Surveyor. Mr. Blondheim then transitioned into a Project Manager, before being promoted as a Survey Manager in 2014. He is currently a Principal / Manager of Survey Operations. Mr. Blondheim attended Michigan Technological University, earning a B.S. in Surveying. He also earned an A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Mr. Blondheim is a licensed surveyor in Michigan and Wisconsin.

Luke Tomasoski joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2006, as a Project Surveyor. Mr. Tomasoski then transitioned into a Project Manager, before being promoted as a Survey Manager In 2014. He is currently a Principal / Manager of Survey Operations. Mr. Tomasoski attended Michigan Technological University, earning a B.S. in Surveying and an A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology. Mr. Tomasoski is a licensed surveyor in Michigan and Wisconsin.
