Coleman Engineering Company is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with offices in Iron Mountain and Ironwood, Michigan, as well as Green Bay, Wisconsin. Since 1969, we have delivered a broad range of professional engineering and surveying services to municipalities, government agencies, and commercial and industrial clients.
Over the decades, we’ve built a strong team of licensed engineers, land surveyors, scientists, and technicians. Their combined expertise allows us to provide high-quality, comprehensive solutions across multiple disciplines.
We stay up to date on local, state, and federal regulations and have developed long-standing, positive relationships with the agencies that enforce them.

Kevin Trevillian, P.E.
Principal – Civil & Geotechnical Engineering Operations
Kevin Trevillian, P.E., joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2006 as a Project Manager in the Iron Mountain Civil Engineering group and was named a principal in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, class of 2001, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Michigan and Wisconsin.
In addition to his role at Coleman Engineering, Mr. Trevillian currently serves as the Dickinson County Drain Commissioner.
Jim Blondheim, P.S.
Principal – Manager of Survey Operations
Jim Blondheim joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2006 as a Project Surveyor. He later advanced to Project Manager and was promoted to Survey Manager in 2014. He currently serves as a Principal and Manager of Survey Operations.
Mr. Blondheim holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from Michigan Technological University and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He is a licensed Professional Surveyor in both Michigan and Wisconsin.
Luke Tomasoski, P.S.
Principal – Manager of Survey Operations
Luke Tomasoski joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2006 as a Project Surveyor. He advanced to Project Manager and was promoted to Survey Manager in 2014. He currently serves as a Principal and Manager of Survey Operations.
Mr. Tomasoski holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, both from Michigan Technological University. He is a licensed Professional Surveyor in Michigan and Wisconsin.
Scott Nowack, P.E.
Principal – Civil Engineering Operations
Scott Nowack, P.E., joined Coleman Engineering Company in 2008 as a Project Engineer in the Geotechnical Engineering group. He later transitioned into the Civil Engineering group, where he advanced to Department Manager. In 2025, he was named Principal and Manager of Civil Engineering Operations.
Mr. Nowack earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2008. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
