Ronald K. Lawrence joined Coleman Engineering Company in 1995 as the Director of Business Development. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with a B.S.E. in Education in 1978 and followed with his Masters in Education in 1986.

Since beginning to work for Coleman Engineering Company, Mr. Lawrence became Partner and Vice President in 2000.  He has extensive experience working with projects for the Native American Community in the Northern Great Lakes Region. He also oversees company business development, human resources, and provides expertise with both health care insurance and general property and liability insurance matters. In 2003, Mr. Lawrence instituted a mentoring program which focused on helping tribal owned businesses gain experience in the construction inspection and construction material fields.

Mr. Lawrence presently serves on many commissions and boards, including the Planning Commission and Parks and the Recreation Board for the City of Niagara.
