MARK A. GIRARD, P.E.

Mark A. Girard, P.E., has served as the head of Coleman Engineering Company’s Civil Engineering Department since 1999. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing engineering design and construction management for all of Coleman Engineering’s offices.

Mark graduated with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1988 and has spent his entire career in the civil engineering consulting business working throughout Upper Michigan and Northern Wisconsin.

Mr. Girard has extensive expertise in municipal engineering including water systems, sanitary and storm sewer collection and treatment, streetscape and roadway design, and public and commercial site development. His experience also includes obtaining federal and state grant/loan packaging for the majority of projects in which he has been involved.

Outside of work Mark is interested woodworking, sports, and outdoor activities including golf, hockey, and hunting.
